In 2001, Taylor Properties was recognized for their contributions to the redevelopment of the Stockton Boulevard Corridor (Sacramento, CA) through the successful completion of the Oak Park Marketplace project that brought the Food Source grocery store, Hollywood Video and Walgreen's Drug to the Oak Park community and urban infill area. In February 2006, Taylor Properties Development Co. was recognized by the The Sacramento Business Journal for the Best Retail Project of the Year for the Sterling Pointe Center in Lincoln, CA.
