Located at the east entry to the City of Elk Grove's historic downtown, the architecture and site features of this project set the bar as the first catalyst project under the Old Town Streetscape Plan. The project features a sidewalk trellis, corner outdoor seating area with sitting walls, textured drive aisles, and tenant modification and site improvements to minimize impacts to neighbors immediately adjacent to the north of the site.
